Hi Tribesmen,
Here is an info-graphic showing the breakdown of the fuel level for our Mojo.
If all the bars blink then there is Sensor fault (When sensor short or Open(entire range)- E,F and fuel pump symbols will not blink).
If you have the MojoFAQ Android App this infographic will be available offline as well.
Meet you again with another article. Until then ciao!
The MojoFAQ Android App has a menu that shows the SVC of Mojo across India. The App also has contact numbers of those SVC as well. Here is how you can navigate to a selected SVC:
1.Click "Service Locations" menu in the APP.
2.Click the Link in the Service Locations page. Now you should see the "Service Network" Map.
3. From the Service Network Map click the three vertical dots and select "Launch Browser".Now you will have an option to launch the "Service Network Map" on Google Maps. Select the SVC and navigate.
Check out the video for the steps.
Hello tribesmen,
Back in our den we discuss a lot of things Mojo and one such discussion was regarding ECU and its failures. Mr. Rakesh touched upon few things about how to make sure ECU doesn't fail on your bike. Here are the excerpts of his views on his own words for your easy reference.
ECU is just like the component of your computer having multiple circuits and processor and only thing that can damage it is water. So for longer life of ECU ( CPU of your bike ) follow below steps
1. Never use Pressure wash towards the ECU where it is located. Usually we use lots of pressure wash in that area to remove all the muds but make sure the washing guy is applying the water pressure on mud guards only . Cleaning your bike at home is the best option.
2. Once the bike is cleaned by water never turn on the ignition immediately as water might have sipped in , so let it dry out completely and then start.
Now biggest question ? Why doesn't every FI bike have similar issue . The answer is bcoz the location . In some bikes its below the seat , in some its below the tank so different bikes have different possibilities.
So lets take double care while washing the bike. Thanks Rakesh!
